Basic Philosophy of Corporate Governance
We consider corporate governance to be the establishment of a corporate organizational structure that monitors the legality of decisions made by management, deters improper business execution, avoids or mitigates business risks, accelerates decision-making, and clarifies management responsibility.

To monitor legal compliance, we not only stay within our internal monitoring system, but also check with outside legal advisors, certified public accountants, and certified tax accountants as necessary, and strive to ensure and maintain compliance through a double-checking system from both inside and outside the company.

By effectively operating the above corporate governance system, we will strive to disclose information promptly and accurately to our shareholders and investors, and increase the transparency of management through a wide range of information disclosure.
